Systems Engineer:

The incumbent will be responsible for architecting solutions which include software, hardware and communication components. Responsible for evaluating and managing cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Proficiency in eCommerce/eBusiness and relevant technologies is essential for this position. Previous knowledge and experience in architecting a variety of enterprise wide systems in an environment with integrated project teams. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written and very good presentation skills.

Middleware technologies:

Provide overall application integration technical architecture for projects .Lead the development of highly technical solutions for business problems for enterprise application integration analysis, design, and review of the development and implementation of business applications. Participate as an expert technical lead in managing, advising, and/or participating as a team member on related EAI projects.

ERP Services:

Will be involved in the design and architecture of SAP processes and local system landscapes. Will serve as a mentor to the ABAP/XI and ABAP/BW programmers. Will be instrumental in designing and architecting new SAP FI and/or CO modules. Will serve as an advisor to other team members. Will be directly involved in the Blueprint and Feasibility stages of development projects so must have the ability to ask the right questions and to extract pertinent information from the business owners.

Application development:

Developing specific project plans/goals/schedules and identify resources needed. Document process and workflow to describe software infrastructure and maintain changes and corrections. Communicate with functional area managers, project sponsors, and/or consultant regarding status of specific projects. Be an advocate and technical evangelist for relevant and emerging technologies in your line of business. Designs/Directs and Implements appropriate tests of new programs and/or program changes. Significant experience with Database driven J2EE web based application, Java , JSP, Servlets, EJB , JDBC), SQL and Struts. Experience with multi-tier architectures, client/server applications, client/server software development, and database-centric systems. Server-side infrastructure development in Java, preferably on Linux.

Client Server Design & Development:

Design and develop multi-tier/multi-layer applications using object-oriented programming concepts and the .NET Framework. Use UML and other model driven techniques to create design and requirement documentation. Develop high-end applications to the specifications of the design team using the .NET Framework and VB.NET . Participate in the SDLC in regards to planning, estimating of projects including requirements gathering, high-level design, work estimates and testing Work with the business analysis team to understand requirements and be able to clearly communicate those requirements to other developers and stakeholders.

Database Administration / Development :

Provide support to Development staff in database code optimization and tuning of SQL, PL/SQL and other programming functions. Learn, implement, and support databases and database products for all business uses including production systems for the operation and administration of regional transmission systems, energy market operations, and decision support systems. Perform database administration and information management activities such as installation, configuration, performance tuning, data modeling, data archiving, backups, retrieval, and recovery for multiple 24 by 7 and 8 by 5 database systems. Execute as necessary any database object, application process code and data changes in the Production, Fail-over, Testing, Development and all other database environments, following all corporate Change Management and Security procedures for Read/Write access.

Systems Administration

Maintain and improve upon redundancy and disaster recovery infrastructure and procedures, including data backup systems, power backup systems and systems monitoring. Represent hardware constraints and opportunities in growth planning process, including solution design, cost forecasting and risk analysis. Implement and document standard procedures for day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, including user, system and network level security policies. Coordinate with hardware suppliers on purchase, installations, maintenance, and service. Install and maintain desktop systems, including security updates, software and hardware upgrades. Monitor, and maintain the integrity and availability of Internet sites and hosted applications on a 24x7 basis.

Project Lead/Manager

Must have 10+ years overall cost and controls experience. Must be willing to work overtime when required. Primary responsibility is to process and track cost components of major projects, will also be lead person, working with other cost professionals .

Sales/Marketing Manager.

Establish territories, recruiting distributors, negotiating contracts, communicate sales goals, and implement objectives to maximize potential. Attend industry related trade shows, promote the products, and work leads back through distribution channel. Manage distributor co-op program to insure products receive maximum exposure at local level. Work with Marketing Communication Manager to create and maintain the correct advertisements, promotional programs, web site, trade show displays, and literature. Create sales forecasts and work with production planning to implement. Assist new product development efforts by collecting information. Assist in business planning, competitive analysis, strategic acquisitions, and new product priorities.
